As Crowley says here, "The Law of Thelema offers a religion..." I can go along with someone who claims that their practice of Thelema is not religious, though it seems mainly posturing to me, but when they object to others calling Thelema a religion I think they are just being silly.

can we just say Thelema is the praeter-religion that also is the law accepted by the O.T.O., that along with the EGC, also fits most conventional criteria for a religion in this realm, and be done with it? ;)
