We tell children and teens never to post their personal information on the internet, and then Google tells them to forget that as soon as they turn 18?

I'm always amazed how many of my FB friends post about their absences - for some, that seems to be nearly the only status reports they ever make.
I've been known to do it, but I usually try to work in a subtle reference to how grateful I am that my cleaning lady comes to LIVE IN MY FLAT and take care of the cats in my absence.

Last winter when we were in Costa Rica I'm pretty sure I mentioned that our handyman was living in our house and taking care of the cat. Anyone who tried to break in thinking the house was empty would have gotten an unpleasant surprise.
