You only need one official transcript. The others can be photocopies. Of course, you need one official transcript from each school you've ever taken classes at, so you need one from Waseda, one from PCC, etc.

I'm pretty sure your Waseda transcript can count as your proof of study abroad.

They'll also want exact dates for everything, which is a huge pain in the ass.

Yeah, but the Waseda courses were through PSU, so I don't get anything special from Waseda except my student ID card - it's even on my PSU transcript.

The CCC ones might be tough; I don't even remember my student ID# from there.
