I am so sad that LJ won't accept the <3 anymore. ♥ is not the same.

You would've liked it a lot. There were both original hippies, new hippies and Other Alternative People, some in kilts, and others with leashes around their necks. Kilts are actually becoming something of a fad, says my mother, as she sees many men wearing them when she goes downtown for her doctor's appointments.

Is there really no Boston "Folklife"? Surely there must be a Folklife or Bumbershoot or SOMETHING!

And speaking of Bumbershoot, Ani is going to be there. And so are The Decemberists. And I won't be ;(

I think that all the time when i look at the Lemon Raspberry Loaf at work...heee heeee it's nice to know that someone else sees it too, and i'm not just making faces where they don't belong. LOL

I'd never noticed the smilie before, so I was so happy to see it. And faces totally belong everywhere. I always see weird things in clouds that nobody else can see, or on trees or really anywhere. Faces give things more personality :)
