This is 100% a scammer/impersonator. I'll bet the real Mark Sheppard has no idea that page exists. I expect the Telegram ID had malware or some thing.

I have a friend who was scammed in a similar fashion by someone claiming to be Mick Jagger. Alas, to the tune of several hundred dollars that she inherited from her son. Dammit. So go you for being totally sceptical and sensible.
