Directed at Rin Kagamine and Lion Ushiromiya, but others can tag if it doesn't interfere with the event[ With the help of some very cooperative drones, Sho Minamimoto, his trusty gun hidden within easy reach, was making his way towards 773 Bunker Street. He didn't know his target, but that didn't matter to him. This was just like being back in the ( Read more... )

[fast forward through Rin Kagamine's morning: Wake up as a human again >> Feel ripped off and want to scream >> Investigate >> Find hit request >> See pictures of Len and promise of being with Len >> Miss Len even worse >> Overflow with emotions >> Cry >> Seriously consider offer >> Investigate target >> Get informed by drone Luke, an elementary school student, and drone Mom, a member of the PTA >> Realize your target is some asshole you've already met >> Find twin brother's worth as a person to be much, much higher >> Nobody would miss that jerk >> KILLBOT MODE

no wait, killhuman mode. Stupid Mayfield ruins everything.

She quickly decides on using the car as her murder weapon of choice. However, it is certainly no roadroller, and therefore, hitting people with it would not do much for her publicity. Luckily, she only has drone clothes to wear anyway. But she'll throw on some cat-eye glasses anyway, just for extra inconspicuousness as she drives around town in search of Sho.]

[ Sho will be a bit harder to spot than normal, as he too is stuck in the standard drone clothes and is missing any real distinctive markings. But the messy brown hair is a pretty good one. Much too grungy to blend in well with 1950s America.

He's probably getting information off some drone on Ricardo Street or something. Sho is not appreciating this whole "targets don't come to you" business and was much happier when he could set up awesome challenges for self-motivated suckers to walk right into his hands, but he can gather recon with the best of them.

Drones are so cooperative, too. ]

[catching a glimpse of someone who could be him, Rin presses lightly on the brake, peering out the window as she drives a bit more slowly to take a look.

Yeah, that grungy hair seems familiar... and to be honest, his complexion's a bit darker than the average Mayfielder as well.]

[This is it. She pushes up her scary shiny drone glasses while giggling darkly.

Then she stops falling back on cliches, adjusts her steering, and floors the gas toward the target. Those drones he's talking to? Fuck em'.]

[After making this call, Lion will be at home, being in no mood to go outside. He sits at the table in the kitchen staring at the letter again, before huffing angrily and shoving it away from him.

There's no way he's going to go through with this. No way.]

[Lion's already locked the door, and he takes the poker from the fire before going to check it out. He answers without opening the door.]

Who is it?

[ Gonna be like that, huh? ]

Special delivery!

[ Sho's crouched a little out of sight of the peephole, but he's eying the first-floor windows as a backup plan. Those look nice and big and breakable. ]
