She quickly decides on using the car as her murder weapon of choice. However, it is certainly no roadroller, and therefore, hitting people with it would not do much for her publicity. He's probably getting information off some drone on Ricardo Street or something. Sho is not appreciating this whole "targets don't come to you" business and was much happier when he could set up awesome challenges for self-motivated suckers to walk right into his hands, but he can gather recon with the best of them.
