One of Addie's weaknesses was dresses; more (or less) specifically it was dressing up. Saturdays were usually spent meandering the shops to find yet another outfit to go out in. Addie looked forward to her weekends, as much as she did love her job at the greenhouse, because she got to actually be a girl

Sophia thumbed through a rack of ready-made robes and dresses, giving each item a cursory glance to check for loose threads, ripped seams, and similar problems (witches would try on clothes that was obviously too small for them, convinced that being able to squeeze themselves into a smaller size was a good thing). She was a slightly surprised when she pushed several garments down the rack and found herself face-to-face with a very pretty, very cute blonde woman. Really, she hadn't even heard the bell on the door ring.

"Hello," she said cheerfully, "are you looking for anything in particular?"

Addie nearly jumped at the face that had appeared from nowhere. "Oh.. um.. dresses? Probably." Addie hesitated, and then decided to just be honest with it. "Anything that looks good on me really. The sexier the better."

Addie gave a small smile to the lady that worked the shop while she assessed her. She seemed nice enough and Addie had no reason to randomly pick a fight with her or any number of the usual reasons that she hated people or people hated her.

"Ah, flirty and sexy then," Sophia said with a grin. "You'd probably look good in something sleek and red. Or green. No beiges, though - they'd just wash you out... What about something like this?" she asked, taking down a long, clingy gown made out of a red fabric that shimmered slightly in the sunlight that filtered through the front windows of the shop.

"Of course, a good green would really accentuate your eyes. I think I might have something, though it might not be as sexy as you'd like..."

Addie's grin grew a bit broader as Sophia picked out something for her. It was good when the sales clerk actually knew what they were talking about.

"Hmmm... I definitely like the red. What's the green one look like?" She examined the dress a bit more and loved it (red being her favorite color). "I don't mind looking. Trying on clothes tends to be my favorite part of shopping anyway."

Sophia smiled encouragingly at the other woman, rocking back and forth on her feet while she waited, thinking to herself. The blonde had somewhat-rough hands, and, unless Sophia was mistaken, there was a little dirt under her otherwise well-cared-for nails. Which meant she probably had a job working with plants or animals or the like. Nothing terribly rough, but definitely manual. Obviously not in a modeling career track, then. Which meant that Sophia could probably get away with paying her slightly under the going rate at the start. And that she wouldn't have to deal with asking her (somewhat-well-actually-very-obnoxious) cousin to act as a model for the Hallowe'en line this year. Brilliant, actually.
