Fibro Flare...Woo Hoo...Not

So I was trying to think today, how the hell to describe this. If any of you have this you can add your own two scents. Most times it's not too bad, just a sort of background ache\weakness punctuated with random sharp pains from time to time. But when you have a flare...it's different

I have other physical issues (I finally, finally made an appointment, now I just have to make sure I go..lol) but usually doesn't involve pain

Other than the vision issues (sometimes I do get eye twitches though) that's pretty much it. :P I usually get /realllllly/ brain foggy.
