Did I ever mention that BT are a bunch of timewasting fucknuts? They've now wasted a day and a half of my time and have still failed to turn up to flick a switch, for which I have paid 125 quid. I'm considering invoicing them, just to prove a point. That, or writing to Ofcom on the offchance that they'll get a bollocking

Re: BT, in the past I've claimed compensation from them for loss of service when they delayed connecting up our place. This was back in my student days, but it might still be in the smallprint?
