Did I ever mention that BT are a bunch of timewasting fucknuts? They've now wasted a day and a half of my time and have still failed to turn up to flick a switch, for which I have paid 125 quid. I'm considering invoicing them, just to prove a point. That, or writing to Ofcom on the offchance that they'll get a bollocking
