I'm the person to talk to, yes. Though Riza Hawkeye and Harry Dresden have taken a lot of responsibility for the patrol project as well-you can always turn to them with questions if I'm not around.

I'm happy to add you to our ranks, believe me. There's a lot of ground to cover and not enough. There's a pretty wide variety of us patrolling, but I'd say a majority are what you'd call...outsiders. Not from around here.

I'll send you a basic breakdown of the patrol routes. You don't need to stick to them strictly, but we like to know who's covering what area. I know you know Ichigo-I can schedule you to patrol together if you have a preference.

It'd probably be a good idea to maintain it. We'll have to see how this first one goes but since we don't really have anyone to report to we should try to stick together as much as possible.
