Is it strange that I already like your writing, just from the way you wrote this?

Haha. Well, it's the first time anyone has said that, but that's cool. Didn't know the way I wrote my ad could indicate any sort of style or personal voice. :)

I have added you. :)

If you are still potentially up for giving your opinions on other people's writing, I would love to do a mutual add. Currently I'm writing a whole lot of high fantasy with a pseduo-historical fiction bent. I have pretty solid sense of grammar and an archaic vocabulary as a result of being a nerd who reads a lot. Hello there. :)

George R. R. Martin is one of the authors on my to read list. The description you provided though sounds very similar to my own fantasy story that I'm working on, so your thinking is right. I'm getting tired of the traditional run-of-the-mill fantasy with the questing and all.

Your critiquing mannerisms sound very much like mine. I do not believe in simply telling someone a piece is wonderful because, to me, it's worse than not commenting at all.

In short, yes, I would love to do a mutual add. :)

FYI: I added you on my writing journal. Darkspirited1 is the personal LJ with all my ramblings. I can add you on both, but the writing is only on this account.
