[The first thing that one will notice about the person that is coming on the screen as the feed switches on are probably the rather massive eyebrows. The face under them looks friendly, though worn out and on edge, and a bit far away - NZ is poking the communicator with a long stick, to at least have a chance in case that it explodes. The device is harmless, and "krauts" are hardly the cause of them. Blame the scientists. ((GOD HE LOVES SAYING THAT.))

And to whom do those "scientists" belong?

I'm not sure they have any sort of affiliations but to themselves. Greedy lot, you'll see.

I've never head of scientists who didn't work for governments or companies. Maybe they just don't come out to everyone about it?

The thing is, they don't come out at all. I'm not sure any of us have seen the scientists in person, as a matter of fact.

So there is no way to tell why we are here or who brought us here, and how to get back home?

[Going back home is important, necessary. The soldiers and other people on the island need Kiwi.]

When they don't want us here anymore, then we can go home. That's about the best I could explain it with the limited knowledge.

So there is a set goal for what we have to accomplish to get back home?

Maybe. Probably not the way you're thinking of it.

Nothing anyone knows?

Don't you think there would be less of us if we knew?

It could be something that takes a lot time, or that is near impossible to accomplish.

True enough, but that isn't the case. Whatever reason we're here for is unknown, and will likely stay that way as long as we're all unmotivated to investigate.

Are you motivated?
