If 71 mails a min is using 75% bandwidth, then either you are sending rather large mails (read 500KB+) or ur office uses dialup :-P

And, FYI spywayre dont come just like that..one has to consciously or unconsciously download it and get it running, so you're to blame for using IE and outlook..more :-P

Umm.. not 75% of total bandwidth. 75% of the bandwidth taken by erring machines.
