Yes, Miles did indeed lock up the weapons, but it appears someone has broken the lock. It seems someone doesn't approve of his decisions.

Where many of the supplies are kept. Some fool had locked it, but it was soon broken open.

If you want something, I suggest you get it now before they lock everything up again.
