How does someone just disappear in an apartment full of thirty people?

They'd lost Namine too, for awhile, they said she just vanished one day. And then she came back, without memories of anything ever happening here...

If people are starting to disappear again, I've got to keep closer watch.

So many people has vanished, and when they return, they remember nothing... How do we know we haven't been here hundreds of times before, our memories erased each visit? How can we even know which ones are real and which are false?

I don't care... I'll kill them with my bare hands if I have to. They will suffer dearly for this mistake.
