So by now a lot of you have probably heard that mp3 that's been going around of Justin Bieber's "U Smile" slowed down by 800% in to a gorgeous ambient masterpiece. If not check it out
here.
Because I'm a nerd with too much time on my hands, I of course had to try this with Adam's songs. (
clicky... )

The whole thing... GUH! It sounds so dreamy, surrealist and utterly gorgeous. And I love how the slowed down background beats sound like waves breaking on a sandy shoreline. Call me crazy, but it sounds more... organic? Like it's the heartbeat of the song?
It's also possible that I should sleep now. But that's something else entirely.
Either way, I'm downloading both. I normally listen to the first few minutes and then skip ahead to the next song when previewing something. It says something that I don't want to do that. I've got to listen to the whole thing in its entirety.
So listening to 'Voodoo' after this. Just... thank you for all your work into this! *FLAIL* Excuse me while I run off to rec this to anyone who cares to listen to me flail madly about audio editing awesomeness.

It's actually pretty simple to make these. You can download the program here. For IIHY I just stretched it and rendered the file. With Voodoo I played with the settings a bit more until I got something I really liked.
