Hello Glamberts!
We know this statement has been a long time coming and we appreciate your patience! As you probably know, Adam has parted ways with 19 Entertainment. Because of this time of transition, we have not been able to solidify the new fan club renewal packages. We are working diligently to get this ironed out, but in the meantime, the following will hopefully clear up any questions you may have about renewing your Adam Lambert Fan Club membership.
Some questions from members:
I already ordered the Glitter membership because I didnt want the same items I received last year. Can it be changed?
Yes, you will be able to upgrade to Glam! We know some of you have chosen to purchase the Glitter membership because you werent comfortable purchasing Glam sight unseen (or thought it was the same as last year). And thats okay! Once we get the Glam package contents confirmed, we will offer an upgrade package should you decide you like the Glam merchandise.
Can international fans get the Glam membership without having the package shipped to them due to the shipping and import charges?
If you are an international fan and do not wish to receive package merchandise due to shipping and import costs, please purchase the Glitter membership.
Why was my renewal email for the Lifetime Subscription Ticket Chance + Free Calendar! subscription?
That was a glitch in our system. Please disregard.
Will there be any advantages to having the Glam membership versus the Glitter other than the merchandise?
Simply put, the Glitter membership is the same as the Glam without the merchandise.
Do you miss out on any emails or advance notice about ticket sales or other offers if you choose the Glitter rather than the Glam membership?
No way! All members get equal amounts of love!
If my membership was extended using the VIP laminate, will I still get the items?
Extensions received via the Glitz VIP are for the digital membership only. If you wish to receive the Glam merchandise, you can purchase the Upgrade when it becomes available.
I donated to Charity: water and havent received my signed photo!
Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do at the moment. Although this wasnt run through ground(ctrl), were going to attempt to make it all right once this transition period is over and we get back into the full swing of things!
