i think you can only get personalized icons if you are a paid member of livejournal, not a free user

Too bad. Well, everyone can then imagine whatever icons there. Unless someone donates me 25 dollars. But then again, 25 dollars coulr buy us part of the electricity bill for the months... I guess we should stick with the electricity bill.
