long overdue update

I've been putting off posting for weeks now. What I've been up to:
(there are many more pictures in my gallery, these are a sample. Sorry about lack of rotation on some, I built my gallery and haven't gotten rotate working for large (2 Meg) files yet :P)

well -I- read all of it. I was really a collection of small posts, kinda, anyway. by day.

I want to go to IKEA so bad. I still haven't been to one and I think I would basically pee my pants.

IKEA is awesomee. it's an experience. you start with a $1.50 cinnamonroll+bigcoffee while you plan, then you spend like 2 hours going through the furniture, next is super-cheap swedish meatballs, then you spend another 2 hours in the "marketplace" which is all the small stuff, and finally you go through the warehouse part and pick up your boxes. finally you can buy swedish food in the grocery store and get another cinnamon roll and coffee. at least that's what I do ;)

I got to take my friend Emily on her first trip down here at the new store in Brooklyn that's like 10 minutes from me. When you come, I'll be happy to introduce you to IKEA :) you'll pee your pants
