Another boring weekend, yes, but with small blessings:

So hubby and I decided we were going to window shop for a new queen size mattress. The one we have now is a full, but we now require a queen. We had no intention of buying yesterday. And that's a relief. Holly eats Whiskas and Meow Mix (I think?) and I'm pretty sure those are safe. But c'mon, wtf people?! What's up with this suddenly expanding list? Grrr. Your kitty is absolutely adorable! XD

A big pet food manufacturer found out that their pet food has been contaminated, and it was proven that in at least 16 cases, the death of pets could be blamed on them. It was later revealed that there was a contamination of either rat poison or chemicals used to make plastic products.

Great deal on the mattress! I absolutely hate going shopping for a bed, there is no standard on the naming convention so the consumers can't price compare. Arrrgg!!

I swear, mattresses are so expensive. Even at $700, it seemed like a lot of money. Lol. I'm really cheap, I know.

The guy at the store looked like he was going to hang himself if we left without buying. Lol. No joke. He really did look desperate.
