Nami's voice is so conversational and snarky and perfect. I love the way she describes the best of each of her crewmates. Also, awesome idea in general! At first I thought she might be talking to Nojiko or just a random nameless person, both of which would have been dull. But it made me smile to find out that she was showing pictures to people in her jail cell like she has no worries in the world XD. Great last line, too!

Thank you! I didn't intend all that with the jail part - it was more just the need for some motivation to talk that got it in there - but now that you've pointed it out... yeah, it works. Nami really strikes me as the sort of person who would get the panicking over with quickly, and go back to being awesome.

I've noticed that Nami tends to show up as a heartless bitch in a lot of fandom... and as a weak little whore in doujoshin. It kind of puzzles me, because she isn't either in canon. I'm glad you think I made her sound real. It was definitely what I was going for ^__^

Just came over and read this and it's absolutely wonderful!! I love how Nami describes the whole crew so peacefully in jail. Especially of how they all are so high maintenance.. Great job!
