Just wondering

Is it a bad idea to let your cats watch Friday the 13th II while you go to the barn? Just wondered.

Have been going to bed early because I feel pretty worn out lately. Also, my coach is kicking Zolar and my butts, so muscle sore!

Got to go back to choir last Sunday. Sort of. We had a quartet, two on each side of the choir loft, and wore our ( Read more... )

Hooray for church. They don't care about that here.

That's too bad. Ours is doing a great job at trying to keep our people together and involved.

Well so long as the cats aren't scared of horror movies, lol.

It's good that you were able to go back to choir!

Being able to sing in church is such a good thing.

As for communion wine - you need to use the non-conformist tradition of individual glasses - they go into a carrier to be served to the individuals so we each take our own glass out :) The washers-up wear gloves.

No, not individual glasses!! lol
I remember those from when I was a baptist, except the carrier was different. Ours was more like this.

We have wooden carriers so I had never thought of metal ones! And ours have handles for the servers to carry.

And, of course, it means we can still take communion as we are served in our seats and then all eat or drink together.

When I did it that way we passed it along the pew, each taking one as we passed it along. I think we then ate and drank together, but not sure.

Church is possible here as well but no singing.
Though - I'm actually not sure it's still possible since Monday as we are under stricter rules now.

Ah.
The odd thing was that our numbers were/are actually getting worse, but our Bishop asked us to open because we were the only church not open, and he thought some of our people were suffering too much from not being able to go in person. So I don't know.

Early to bed is one of my favourite things, lol! Cool that you are getting there from kick-ass riding lessons.

How often do you ride with your coach?

Usually once a week. We miss for various reasons on occasion.
