So, I finally got flood insurance. Well, I paid for it, but don't have it for 30 days. Good idea, but they don't let you pay in payments, which kind of sucks. Still better than floating away

Glad you got the flood ins, but ack on missing the payment for the other. Maybe if you call and explain they'll be understanding. After all, I'm sure you're not the first person who's done that. *hugs*
