EVERYTHING WITH SMAUG. Seriously, the only complaint (well, my loudest complaint) I have is that there should have been more Smaug if they needed to make the movie longer, instead of that annoying white orc subplot. BECAUSE OMG SMAUG WAS MAGNIFICENT. I was literally holding my hand over my mouth to keep from squeaking too loudly.

I also loved Thranduil. When he shared a scene with anyone else, I couldn't draw my eyes away from him. Great job, Lee Pace!

lol It took me a while to get used to Thranduil. I always pictured him with a more long thin face rather than the shape this guy had. And I was so so about him showing Thorin that face scar-I think I like the idea of Thranduil being an asshole just because he is a haughty ruler. :) Having said that, I wish there had been more of him and his kingdom.
