Just finished the hedge fund case I got stuck with when Maria got fired on Thursday. Quickest cross I think I've ever seen. It was a pretty cut and dry case, a lot less money than most cases like it. The guy was found guilty of embezzlement but not obstruction. I'm not too upset, it's the former charge that carries the big penalties, including jail ( Read more... )

Thanks Alex. It boggles my mind how some defense attorneys have no problem knowing their clients are rapists. It just goes to show you some people can be bought.

As far as I'm concerned, every rapist should be thrown behind bars, doors locked and the keys destroyed. I've never been able to understand how anybody could defend a criminal... but this is the way it's run and they all get their say. That's why we have people like you.

Agreed. And it's also why we need people like you, to catch the bastards so we can prosecute them.
