The heat should have overwhelmed anyone wearing more than two layers of clothing, but Jade was unfazed, for a man wearing long pants and tall boots. He was still not entirely certain why he'd been invited along on this little adventure (whatever his past self had done, it must have left Genis with the idea that he was trustworthy), but it was worth delaying his trip to Ouin. If this Taime, this 'Summon Spirit', was as powerful as Genis claimed it was, it would be worth studying up close.

He waited alongside Genis, hands tucked into his pockets.

The silence was kind of nice. Genis wouldn't have minded some conversation, but quite frankly, there was something to be said about silence.

He didn't want to break it, but... "Should we give them another five minutes? And if no one shows up, we'll go ahead?"

Anise made her way quickly over to the small group that was waiting, she looked worried and rather rushed as she stopped in front of them.

"I'm sorry for being so late! You're still taking members, right?" She asked, looking a bit worried that the group may have been filled.

Awesome, it wouldn't just be the two of them. Genis tried to not look as relieved as he felt as he nodded in Anise's direction. "Yeah, you're fine," He laughed, putting a hand to his heart.

"Is this your first time going to make a pact---er, alliance?"
