Just leave it to Luke. He'd finally decided it was in his best interest to join Ad Libitum, and here he was, getting sent out by the townspeople to track down and capture a candy thief. Who in their right mind would steal candy anyway?

Luke heaved a sigh. He was just about ready to give up the search and call it a night when suddenly he heard a very familiar voice. Was he imagining things?

Picking up the pace, Luke rounded a corner and stopped as he noticed a group of people murmuring to one another and pointing at the devilishly-garbed figure perched on a rooftop.

Is that...?

"Anise?!" Luke exclaimed. Come to think of it, the Fon Master Guardian and Tokunaga did fit the bill.

"Nope~♪ I'm the little devil, mister♥" The girl called back with a wicked grin. Of course in her mind she thought Luke was stupid for even mentioning her name since she was considerably a wanted person now.

Way to ruin a good thing Luke.

Anise turned around and waved at the boy, almost as if inviting him to come and chase her.

What will you do Luke~?

"Uh. Yeah..." As glad as Luke was to see another of his friends, he had to suppress the sudden urge to roll his eyes. Was she kidding? Finally he maneuvered his way through the crowd (which involved some pushing and shoving) and came to stand about as close to the building as he could get.

"Listen, if you don't get down from there, you're in for trouble. Guess who they sent to catch a candy thief."

"If they sent you that means I'm in luck tonight~♪" Anise teased from above. "Plus I'm in trouble anyway so I wont be listening to you anytime soon~♥"

And with saying that Anise dropped a shiny red piece of candy down onto Luke before retreating elsewhere. Luke would have to work hard if he were to capture the girl, even then she may be able to get out of it because...well...it was Luke...

A candy thief? Why would someone want to steal sweets...?

Ruca stood there in the crowed as the little thief shown herself. Well, even if she stole only candies, a theft was still a theft.

"M-miss!" He really didn't like to yell, but he had no other choice if he wanted to get the girl's attention.

\o/ At least it's fashionably so~ Plus I think I owe you a post in the ooc...

Anise almost didn't notice him calling out to her above the whispers of the crowd. Curiously she peeked down at him as he called out to her. What could he possibly want from her?

Okay... First of all, he couldn't get to the rooftop since he was bad at climbing. If she started to run, he wouldn't be able to catch up to her - he was way too slow. And, by all means, he couldn't fight a girl!

In other words, the only thing he could do for now, was to try to persuade her...

"M-miss, if... if you returned the stolen goods and apologized, I'm sure you could avoid getting into trouble." It didn't exactly sound convincing though.

"I'm having way too much fun doing this~"
