So on his first morning, Mao arrived down to the reception desk... to find a note. Snagging some breakfast - some leftover pastries from last night - he then hurried down to the clock tower and waved at Jade. He finished off the last bites and gave his mentor the familiar thumbs-up sign.]
Chinchinpuipui! Ready for a morning of fun, Colonel~?

Scanning around the area, still no one at this hour? He sighed as he spotted a piece of paper hanged around the desk. He read the content of the said paper, exploring the town? Bright, very bright idea to do. So then without wasting anymore time, he stepped out of the guild building and departed to the clock tower.
There, he saw Jade, and an unfamiliar red-head... Oh wait, that costume?...No, costume could be similar, or even mutual because of mass production. Instead of thinking of that thing longer, he gives a nod and a smile at the direction of the two men.]
Good morning. Mind if i join this town exploring?

[Naturally, this new adventure took priority. With a small motion, he raised his hand to mid-chest level, his version of waving.]
My, quite the turnout. Perhaps we should stop by a souvenir shop at the end of this expedition.
[Actually, that might be fun. He imagined the reactions of the locals (or even Rita) to the tacky tourist gear and smiled to himself.] Well then, shall we?

Nope! The more the merrier~ [He bounced on his toes.] I'm Mao, by the way! You a new member of Ad Libitum? 'Cause I definitely haven't heard of you.
[At the mention of a souvenir shop - and whoa, even a full-blown tour - Mao enthusiastically nodded.] Definitely! Show us the way, Da--Colonel. [Okay, the slip was definitely not on his list, but the Colonel was definitely like family.]
