Hidden Object Games

I hate to admit it, but I find myself playing a lot of these stupid hidden object games lately. I played quite a few old school adventure games when I was younger, and one thing that always stuck with me was how nonsensical some of the puzzles were. Why would the thing used to solve this obviously high-techy puzzle be in a fucking tomb? I guess
