I would go with "from" or "in," although they all sound kind of weird to me (maybe it's the (work of) fanfiction mentioned earlier).
I really can't handle "for," though. I think my brain wants to interpret that "for" as like the Spanish "para," to or for a person, so I keep trying to make the sentence something like, "I'm not in that fandom, but I read a fanfiction from it for you, because you wrote it," which totally isn't what the sentence says.
