Today has been mountains and valleys.

However, I bought a raspberry lime rickey so that I could eavesdrop on Girlyman rehearsing "Somewhere Different Now." So I think that counts as a win.

Now I look in the mirror

What all happened today?

Basically, the pattern was, a good thing, then a bad thing. I went to McLean! Then I worried I looked too weird and wouldn't get into a day program. (Eventually decided that looking less crazy was not a detriment. :P). I got in! And they seem to have their heads screwed on right! And then I freaked out about medication side effects. I went into the Square, and bought things I needed! And spent the whole time hoping I didn't run into anyone I knew because I would feel like the biggest failure on the planet. And sort of did anyway. Then, I got to eavesdrop on one of my favorite bands! And went outside and had a panic attack because I was going to See Strange People and Do New Things. I saw Strange People and did New Things, and strange people were nice! And then I was nearly late on the bus home and freaked out about that, too.

I think that's about it. ^^;

Uh. LiveJournal ate my reply? Basically, good things kept happening, and then bad things happened. Like, I went and met new people, but had a panic attack directly before. I got into a day program where the people seem to have their heads screwed on right, but then freaked out about medication side effects. That was generally the pattern.
