Ask me one fandom-related question in the comments. This can be fandom specific, general, or about fandom/lj stuff/fic writing/etc. in general

What's one piece of fanon that you wish were canon (in any fandom)? Or if you don't really have a favorite fanon, what's the thing you would most want change about any fandom's canon if you could?
Before JK Rowling extrapolated on the post-Hogwarts lives of her characters, I saw someone suggest that Ginny was a quidditch star and Harry stayed at home and raised the kids. I find this sweet and quite charming, and choose to stick with it instead of the things she's since stated they do. Partly also because I can't really see Harry going straight back into the fray and becoming an Auror right after the books. He seems really tired at the end of Deathly Hallows, and I really don't blame him. If I'd had to spend my entire adolescence fighting evil, I'd want a break, too. It also, somehow, makes me feel better about their relationship - because she never seemed much more than a love interest to him in the books (I don't dislike Ginny, personally, though!).
Also, as far as I'm concerned, Neville and Luna paired up and traveled around the world discovering fantastic beasts and fearsome flora, and had wonderful, eccentric children who they raised on the road. :D
There's so much more canon gay in SW than the profic authors will admit. I mean, after reading "Mara Jade: By The Emperor's Hand" I could only think of how totally normal Isard/Mara could be. And also how profic just needs to acknowledge that Jaina is totally gay and Jag Fel is just Captain Cardboard; he needs a Chiss woman. Or a cardboard cutout, haha. And I'll start working on that fic.

Barring that, Wedge and Tycho interacting. In a platonic or nonplatonic manner, I don't care.
