Bird Fair today

I went to a bird fair today. It was mostly quakers, conures, and budgies, and Izzy's breeder was there. She had three babies for sale, and one was named Bruiser. She got that name because she bit really hard during hand feeding, but she's sweet now. I didn't buy any birds, although I held Bruiser and played with her. I bought a toy at that

I love going to bird shows. I know all about biting baby budgies. They go insane when you hand feed them. I have no idea why. You don't have to pick them up out of their bins. Just stick you hand in and they'll latch on then pull the whole clutch out at once like piranhas.
It's Soooo tempting to buy budgies at these shows. I know especially as they have all the rare stuff there.

I'll have to watch those videos sometime then. Glad you found another friend on youtube.

Bruiser was an olive green. The breeder said that if she didn't sell her she would go into the breeding program because olive greens are rare around here at least. I saw some spangles too. Two of the squabbling English budgies were spangles.

I haven't actually talked to Chatter's owner yet. I commented on a video and haven't gotten a response.
