It's 2:00 in the morning and I'm still rather wide. So I watched Skellig and it gave me all sorts of smiles, and not just because of Tim Roth and John Simm, who was a pleasant surprise *squishes the Simm* Though I now have a thing for blond!simm due to his current Master hair. Damn it. It's just so rawr ( Read more... )

Happy New Year!!

Pete is just an expression. Like, for the love of god, or for the love of pete! I don't know where it came from. St. Peter maybe?

Ok, you get to stay awake because you're in another part of the world who is cooler than my part. Or warmer. Hard to say.

Babbling now. Going back to playing Zelda!

:)

LOL I was just poking fun. I have a thing with taking expressions far too literally on purpose and just... well. Yeah. Like "I'm all ears". Not once have I met anyone who's said that, who is "all ears". :P

Heh. True, that. Cooler in the awesome sense. (Er.. except maybe for this town. It be scary. o.0) And hotter in the temperature sense. It's summer here. Whereabouts are you?

Babbling! YEY! Babbling = AWESOME. :D

Zelda sounds awesome. I know nothing about it though. Hmm.

I'm hanging out with my friends this week and it's cold and rainy. Which beats home that is ass cold and snowy. The day I fly home is into a snow storm. I loathe it like it's my job. Then again, i also loathe my job, so there you have it!

I'm giggling at you taking thing literally. That must make conversations much more fun. I'm going to have to give it a try!

Zelda is fun, frustrating and addicting as well. I have a feeling I won't be sleeping at all tonight. Again. Insomnia for the win!!

Thanks to you, I've now seen Skellig 3 times and ADORE it. I also just bought The War Zone, and holy f'ing shit, was that brilliant and tragic. Tim's director's commentary was like having him right in your living room, esp. as you could hear him breath and sigh and cough and clear his throat and all sorts of auditory goodness. In fact, his comments are my favorite part of the disc, as they provide a direct link into his thoughts, both as director, human being and abuse survivor. In-tense! Plus, they also give a master class in directing a film, which was fascinating. I can definitely understand why he wants to go back to directing - he was made for it, I think. Although I'd miss the hell out of him in front of the camera!

It's such a lovely movie, which I'm sure I'll watched repeatedly, just for the feel good bits. And the Tim Roth and John Simm of course. Especially scruff Daddy!Simm.

I haven't seen War Zone yet, but it's on my list! I did listen to Tim do the commentary on The Hulk and he cracked me up. And all the little noises were rather cute.

Definitely picking up War Zone, I'd love to see what he does behind the camera!
