Hey,

So, in an effort to find yet another thing to distract myself with at work I have created a "music journalism" related blog here.

The idea behind this blog is that I write about various musical texts with which I have some affinity, swinging across genres and styles in an effort to document my musical obsessions.

yeah, i wanted a space to put down my ideas about albums that perhaps don't receive a lot of attention (for whatever reason) but mean something to me and try to translate how music comes to make us feel something - and means something to us.

the first entry is up by the way - i've begun with local music and have written about a somewhat obscure EP by a now forgotten local band - wooden fische.
