im seriously crushed. im not sure whether im depressed or whats going on with me. ive cried seriously at least once every day for about a month now. is it mack that has me feeling this way? thats really weird because i definitley knew our relationship was coming to an end, and i was totally fine with it. now i find myself being the jealous ex

A couple things. First, unless he started hanging out with Erica, there isn't anyone hotter then you for him to hang out with. And I've always thought the way to get someone to remember how great it was to be together was to be together again, just hang out one night and hope the right moment comes. But while thinking that I also think that maybe not talking to ex's, especially ones who were there for a long time, would be best for a while so you can get away from what keeps reminding you what it felt like to be together. Just kinda move on and make sure you have alot going, then when you feel like your so happy with the way things are that you'd never want to go back, talk to him again.. see what it feels like and just go from there. I think about things like this too much.
