I'm thinking the Oceanic Sixth is Ji Yeon - if Sun was pregnant when rescued and Jin is apparently dead, then they might count the baby as a "survivor"

OR MAYBE IT'S MICHAEL.

Or maybe the list is confused and they're counting Desmond as one of the six?

OH WHO THE HELL KNOWS. GODDAMN YOU ACK FOR GETTING ME INTO THIS SHOW.

I think Aaron is one of the Six, but I think that it's crap. I know he's a PERSON and all, but he's little. They could have him AND another adult.

Remember that Jack said (during Kate's trial) that eight people survived the crash. But "Oceanic Six" implies that only six made it back. He also said that Kate was the hero that saved them all (which is why she got so much public sympathy during the trial). So here's what I think the cover story is: Oceanic 815 crashed in the ocean, but didn't sink immediately. Kate managed to get herself and 7 other people off the plane before it sank and onto a life raft. The eight on the boat were (definitively) herself, Jack, Hurley, Sayid, Kate and Sun. The other three were (my speculation) either Claire (still pregnant), Jin and someone else (note: or the someone else wouldn't be needed if you counted Aaron in the eight). Jin died almost immediately afterward from injuries sustained in the crash, which is why his grave marks the crash date as his death but also explains why there is a grave at all since then they would have had his body. Claire also died on the raft, but not before giving birth to Aaron. So that means that, by the time they ( ... )

Didn't they say before the Kate Aaron episode that they would reveal a new member of the Oceanic 6 that night? He's the only new person we saw then, so he must be part of it.

I think Jin is alive, but it could easily go either way.

And I think Aaron is one of the the Oceanic 6. Remember the promo for Eggtown where it was all, "another member of the Oceanic 6 will be revealed!!!!1" Well I thought, "DUH, WE ALL READY KNOW IT'S KATE OBVS!" because of the season 3 finale. But, after this episod, my guess is that they actually meant Aaron.

I JUST DON'T KNOW.
