It kind of starts off slow, but it gets better as it goes on. :D Plus, Jack makes everything better.

There are moments when he's like he was on Doctor Who, but most of the time he's pretty much serious. He still jokes around and flirts, but his job comes first.

I thought the whole series was kind of hit or miss: there were times I really liked it, and other times... not so much. Doctor Who is definitely way better. And Jack is so much more serious in Torchwood! :(
