How do you manage to make something funny and adorable at the same time like that?
Actually, the entire story was funny and adorable.
Gene, don't be jealous! His relationship with the telly is entirely platonic!

To tell you the truth, I'm not sure how it happened. I intended it to be straight Sam/TV crack, then Gene got jealous and hi-jacked it. So I suppose the adorable-ness can be attributed to him, in a weird way *pats Gene on the head*

I liked this, very much. Funny and cute at the same time. Loved the line "Only when the fridge is mad at me." Great job! :D

I definetly agree with the other reviewers, but the last line is the bes, in my opinion!

Oh this is great! Love the jealousy-which-must-not-be-named, and the banter between Sam and Gene about electronic equipment, and Gene thinking too much. Wonderful!

...I wonder if Gene will be able to win Sam's heart back from the telly? heh.
