I came here through Candesgirl's journal since I saw your posting about picspam and was like "Yes, please." ANd oh, I am so glad I did. You did an awesome job. Pics and Comments - just perfect. I'm looking forward even more to next week's episode just so I can come back here and see what you've done. *crossing fingers that Sexby is shirtless again.* BTW, I've friended you if that's ok. Please feel free to friend back if you'd like.
Thank you, I'm glad it didn't disappoint :) I think I'm going to have to join you with the whole crossing fingers thing: as long as he is once more shirtless and playing with his sword (either one, I'm not picky) I'll be a happy camper!
And that's cool that you friended me, I love having new friends. I friended you back as well!
I think you have to see it as well ;p It's a lot less crack-ish than this makes it out to be (although if you consider the devil that pops up sporadically, then I'm sure an argument could be made that it has inhaled at least a small whiff of crack).
No, I don't think I can blame you. Who could possibly have the power to resist the sheer kinkiness that is Edward Sexby? And I completely agree that Simm can make anything hot - I'm waiting for the epic television portrayal of him reading the phone book, because even that would be frakking hot! Because it's the voice (as exemplified by him stating his desire for the killing to start) as well as everything else that sucks you in.
And the love story of Edward and Baines is epic (well, at least in my mind XD).
Some people are just blind. I think the fact that Simm claimed that this was his "ugly" role and yet he still manages to be utterly swoon-worthy, proves that the idea that he isn't leading man material is made of fail.
I think he does have a different vocal tone in this: it's a little bit lower, a little more gravelly... Sorry my mind wandered there ;)
