I like the update, but I liked the original version, too. I love the concept of Jayne/River as naughty children and Mal/Zoe as the amused/exasperated parents.

Yeah, this really isn't much different from the original version. My beta-readers had like three little comments each, so I think I only ended up adding or taking out a few sentences - not really changing anything.

And I'm glad you liked the naughty-kid concept. Hee. That really amuses me, too. ^^

I love it when Rayne are in the mule together. I had to go back and reread this fic and it's so enjoyable. :)
