Pond is dry again

La niña has dried us out again. The pond is dry.

On the up side, it's an excellent helicopter flying zone. No trees, nice bowl to hide from the wind, and safe clear landing zones.

Who says it isn't a blessing?

Funny you mention that.

It turns out that shooting spraypaint cans with tracer rounds = big boosh. About 4ft wide, 8ft high.

Verified this last week, in the dry pond.
