Life ekes along. Went and saw Pride & Prejudice last night. I know some people hated it, but I enjoyed it. I'm not a huge Austen freak, and though I read the book, it was a really long time ago, so I couldn't tell how faithful (or not) it was being. So I liked it. Pretty scenery! Long moony pans of Keira Knightley's dreamy face. Good times, good

The 1995 version with Colin Firth is a good adaptation.
They all make it look so clean back then. A great adaptation that shows all the grime and stays true to the script is BBC's version of Persuasion.
More than you want to know I'm sure.

spike isn't as bad as he used to be, but he used to be absolutely obsessed with getting out and i can tell you that it all stemmed from a time when we actually let him out. once he had a taste, he couldn't get enough! be warned. i absolutely have to be around when fix it guys come to the house to out of my total paranoia of losing the cats.
