I've had an on-and-off hobbyist relationship with my art for many years. I agree with shadrad, GREAT interpretation of artistic concepts into understandable english. This might be something I could use to really understand more about my own artistic process, and maybe even have such a thing again!
You're very welcome! I'm glad it makes sense, and if it helps with your own artmaking, even better. That's the main reason I wrote this -- to hopefully share the fact that every artist goes through this, no matter how experienced, or no matter how easy some artists make it look.
For this reason, I often wish someone would publish a book of talented artists' bad drawings.
