Just flew in from Eden and boy are my arms tired

People of Earth,

I am Milia Fallyna Jenius, mayor of City 7 and president of the Macross 7 colonization fleet.  It's a pleasure to finally see your solar system for myself - as a Zentradi, this is my first time ever to be here.  I look forward to learning even more about Earth's Culture, and to letting my citizens have some well-deserved contact ( Read more... )

Ah, you're with the...GDF, right? So many factions on this planet, it's a wonder they're still alive.

I'm planning on staying on City 7 for the duration of the fleet's stay here, actually, but it's nice to meet you. I may drop by and visit, if you think it'd be interesting...

Yup. Allenby Beardsley, Gundam fighter for Neo-Sweden.

Sure, I don't mind a visit, since... I'm not really allowed to leave.

I've heard of the Gundam Fight, and it sounds very interesting. I'm all for glorious displays of martial arts, and not so much for war.

And really? That hardly seems fair.

Could you maybe explain why, um, you're not from this solar system?

ace_mayor September 3 2009, 22:41:37 UTC
Because...I'm not? I'm a Zentradi, an alien. Before we made contact with the SDF-1 and joined the Macross exploration fleets, we were a kind of interstellar warrior nomads, and had been for the last 500,000 years.

Alien.

Well, I guess that makes sense now.

...Please don't take over Earth. Everyone else is.

From outside the solar system? I do hope you enjoy the beauty of our home planet when you get the chance.

I am Dhananjay Gajaren, a humble guardian of said planet.

Well, from what I've heard, I'm definitely looking forward to it. It's a pleasure to meet you, Dhananjay Gajaren.

So do you mean you're a soldier, or does Earth have particular people to guard it?

A soldier of sorts, though I do not answer to the military first and foremost.

Probably the best kind of soldier.

I'm sure you'll like it around here! And here I thought all Zentraedi look like kids when human-sized. Not that I'm complaining!

Hm? I've heard of some strange things happening with the Micronization process, but most of us actually look proportionally identical.

And I certainly wouldn't think you would!

Strange things? I wonder can they be fixed...

By the way, are all Zentraedi female? All the ones I know are.

It's funny you should mention that, actually. The proper term for female Zentradi is "Meltrandi" - "woman" in our language - of course, when I was younger, I'd have told you the proper name for male Meltrandi was Zentradi. You see, while our species is made up of men and women just like humans, until we were introduced to culture, society was segregated and there was no interaction between males and females. After all, without culture, there's no concept of love or affection or marriage, and with our cloning technology, we didn't require the biological part of it either.

That's all well in the past now, of course, it's just a strange coincidence that you've only met Meltrandi.

Welcome to the base. I mean, planet Earth.

Between TSAB and Zentraedi, I wonder how many non-Earth organisations provide military support for GDF...

Well, it's more like the New United Nations Spacy is supporting the GDF, though for once I support their decision.

What's the TSAB?

The Time Space Administration Bureau is an organisation of mages originating from Midchilda. Its main mission is to prevent disasters that threaten the time-space continuum.

That sounds like we're some kind of time travel patrol... but I mean that TSAB wants to stop dangers that can destroy whole worlds, or even several worlds at a time. There is an agreement with GDF so several mages, lead by miss Takamachi Nanoha and miss Fate Testarossa are here as combatants. And I'm one of these mages. Private Teana Lanster.
