It was a wonderful day in the Jenius household within the Spiral Labyrinth. In this reality, Gamlin is Milia's wacky neighbour. Noticing that she's up to something, he interrupts mowing his lawn and walks towards the fence to have a chat.

Milia smiles as she continues pinning things up. Sheets, clothes, bedclothes, underclothes (mostly feminine ones for obvious reasons)...

Gamlin remains a hopeless bachelor in this reality. But points to him for trying. That's another story, though...

"One of my colleagues returned from vacation today and brought gifts. I do not need that much candy - do you mind if I share some with your family later?"

Lo and behold, her husband has just walked out of the house, and holds her from behind with a smile.

Milia leans back in her husband's arms to press closer to him and look at his face. "When isn't it?" she asks, kissing him on the cheek.

Max pretends to think for a moment.

"It was raining rather heavily two days ago," he started with a chuckle.

He could do this every day.

Milia gives him a brief "dork" look and a peck on the cheek. "Personally, I enjoy the rain. Just not when I'm doing laundry."

She turns around in his arms and returns his embrace. "You make it a little hard to concentrate on housework, you know," she says, smiling.
