i finally got all my grades back (they were taking their sweet time) and i ended up with a 3.15 GPA for the quarter! yay! even the class i was really worried about, that i was sure i would get a C or maybe even lower in, i got a B! the professor must have been feeling really nice while grading. and/or drinking. either way, yay for me! all i asked

yeah technically we live in fresno now. but they're so close they might as well be the same town.

I got followed by a truck recently after I honked at them. We were at an intersection turning right, there was a red light and the lights to turn left on our side of the road and opposite were green, but we had two lanes to turn safely into and they just weren't moving. They ended up following me from that intersection for over a mile into a parking lot. I got the hell out of there when they started following me as I looked for a space.

Congrats on the GPA! South Africa, here you come! People get really excited for people going abroad, so expect to hear the questioning a lot more -- before and after. :)

scary! yeah i don't honk at people much because you never know how they will react...sometimes you need to though.

thanks! yeah, if i was on the other side of it, i would be asking the same questions. i just get tired of having the same conversation over and over again.
