While in all honesty I can't say I've particularly taken notice of these things since I was kid (something I'll assume is down to growing out of the target audience's age range, as opposed to being a question of actual availability on the market), this is the first time I've seen them produced for Harry Potter legos. w00t. Watched the video (thank you gingerwitch) and enjoyed it! Ohhhhh, more Snape images with unique expressions!!! Have never seen or even heard of Lego cards??? And my boys were Very into cards and Legos, soooo? The artwork looks great, and the idea of holographic ones sounds nice, but probably characters I'm not interested in. I doubt this is a starter for me, I have more fun with the building blocks. But I'm open to seeing more Snape faces than the same MEH one for last how many years? *hint hint* I mean, Snape was the hidden grumpy hero at the end, right?

I think this is the first foray into cards for the HP lego theme. I'm not even sure I recall any HP cards full stop, but as said, I don't track those. Lego stuff, otoh... lol I imagine I'll pick up the booklet as it comes with a polybag, at least if it's priced reasonably, but I suspect it just has numbers like we see in the video with the Snape sticker. If they don't bother to at least give you line art of what's to come... Then it makes more sense to stick to the Ameet books. If you poke around the Ameet website, the talk about offering cooperative products with other producers. I can't believe this isn't one ( ... )
