The story can be found here on the Wayback Machine (it gives an e-mail for the author, which you might try). I reviewed it for AIDS Awareness Week a while back on Crack Broom, here, and since found that the site had a comm, veil_challenges, which posted an announcement when Rainbows was added to the website... but I guess Raven is not on LJ, sadly. The comm mod might be able to help you?

Edited to Add: I googled her email, and found that she is loneraven. She doesn't have Rainbows on her website HP fanfic page, but it seems to be her....
