Remus Amnesia?

I read this truly wonderful fic a while ago, and in it, Remus had amnesia. I didn't bookmark it, and would love to find it again.
The main point is that it was based off of 50 First Dates.
Remus had amnesia, and he always went to James and Lily's cafe. He always thought it was James' birthday. SIrius comes in one day, and falls for him. It ends up
